It was a beautiful day, and one of the great features of this place is that you can dine outside, by the waterfront, but still sheltered. You get a Swiss guy with an accordion, playing jazz pieces in French. It was absolutely divine! Otto Ristorante is a fine dining Italian restaurant with a Czech chef. The food is, therefore, modern Italian. Here’s what we had at Otto: Olives and dips with baby organic vegetables, breadsticks and toasted bread slices. Zucchini flowers filled with cashew nut cheese and caponata (above) Saffron linguine, cherry tomatoes, globe artichokes and basil (above) Aged Acquerello risotto, peas and snow peas (above) DessertsCitrus curd meringue tart, limoncello, verjus sorbet (below): Dark chocolate mousse, tonka bean, wattleseed & caramel ice cream (below): Burnt honey pannacotta, berries, salted vanilla ice cream (below): Otto Ristorante can be found at this address:Area 8,6 Cowper Wharf Road,Woolloomooloo 2011, Sydney Opening HoursTuesday to SundayAll-day dining from 12pm to 9pm life in sydney otto ristorantesydney dining
