2 Bridges, Neutral Bay

The way I discovered 2 Bridges was through my book club. We used to have our monthly meetings there. Then I started to go there with my husband as well.

There was an Albanian waitress who was incredibly good, but she left to become a birth doula, and the whole experience at 2 Bridges changed for us.

After the lovely waitress left, they brought in family members to serve. That is a cardinal mistake in the restaurant business.

Their pizzas were good, and we enjoyed a weekday pizza there.

We also enjoyed their complimentary foccacia with dipping oil but most of all we LOVED the pecorino they served.

I can’t say much about their desserts, as it’s my husband’s department when it comes to sweet stuff, but I haven’t heard any complaints.

The reason I’m talking in the past tense is that 2 Bridges is now permanently closed.
