turka cafe meze bar, crows nest Ayshim, 18 April 20224 June 2026 Another Crows Nest place we discovered while driving pass: Turka Café Meze Bar. We popped in for lunches on a few occasions, and we would’ve loved to come back for dinner however, their main vegetarian dishes are not sophisticated enough for us and certainly not buffering enough when you have wine with your dinner. So, we kept it to lunches. As the name suggests it’s a Turka Café Meze Bar is a Turkish place and they’re doing all kinds of well-known Turkish delicacies, including the famous Turkish breakfast. Here’s what we had at this place: Meze Trio served with bread (flat bread & sliced bread): They have a few meze on their menu and you can mix and match the way you like. Gözleme with spinach and cheese served with yoghurt dip and fresh lemon. Uludağ Gazoz: Now, this was quite a treat for us because my husband likes gazoz and we have to travel to Auburn to get some. Uludağ gazoz is basically Tukish lemonade. Turkish breakfast that you can see in the photo above is from Turka’s social media account. I used it as space filler and I think it looks quite inviting, don’t you think? Note: Turka Cafe Meze Bar is no longer in the business. I noticed that there is now an Indian restaurant in its place. life in sydney sydney dining
