cruelty free festival 2012 Ayshim, 28 October 20125 March 2024 Cruelty Free Festival is back, and we decided to go again. You know that local event that is helping to find ways to reduce animal cruelty? The event we did last year as well? Once again, there are some activities and entertainment including live music on the main stage, fashion parade, talks, animal art show, kid’s colouring competition, rescue animal photo competition, raffle and showbags. And of course, there is a chance to meet businesses offering vegan and cruelty-free living options and advocacy groups giving a voice to animals. It’s the vegan event of the year! But first thing’s first… We are hungry, and Suzy Spoon’s vegan hotdogs are calling our name with fried onion, mustard and tomato ketchup. I particularly LOVED the hotdog buns with all those sesame seeds. It certainly filled gap. Hunger gap, that is. It’s the same place again: Belmore Park and the weather is nice, people are sitting on the grass and having vegan food. It is so nice to be able to order anything from any of those food stalls and not needing to think about whether the food is vegan or not. I’m sure everyone felt the same. Lamyong is participating for the first time. It was very nice to get this package deal from Lamyong as I use their products on a regular basis. With Lamyong Package Deal for $30 we got: • Vegan Country-Style Bites• Vegetarian Prawn• Vegetarian Soy Nuggets• Vegetarian Thai Green Curry Paste• Natural Health & Vegetarian Life Magazine• And free Vegetarian Thai Tom Yum Paste Can’t wait to create new dishes with these ingredients and expand my repertoire. life in sydney cruelty free festivalveganvegan event
